Daily Crime Report 1/23/2013

Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:


Boys and Girls Club, 200 Gunnery Rd, 1/18 – 1/22 6:30 a.m.  An employee reported that the exterior door and several interior doors were found broken open and game systems were missing from the rooms.  Two juveniles and an adult suspect have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.


1400 block Saunders Dr, 1/18 – 1/22 5:40 a.m.  A resident reported that the satellite radio was stolen from his vehicle.  There was no sign of forced entry to the car.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.


700 block Kenmore Ave, 1/21 – 1/22 7:20 a.m.  A foreman reported that all of the windows in his company truck were shattered.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

500 block Willis St, 1/20 12:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.  A property owner reported that an unknown person broke the glass in the front door of his vacant rental residence.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.


Nicole Burner, 32, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kisha Walters, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for violation of a protective order.

Juvenile male, 15, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and shoplifting from Bottom Dollar.

Marlon Brown, 48, of Stafford was arrested for obstruction of justice and on a warrant from Caroline County charging him with assault and battery.

Ike Phelps, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging him with multiple counts of failure to appear in court.
