Daily Crime Report 12/26/2012

Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:

BURGLARY:

Rappaport Companies, 1320 Central Park Blvd, 12/20 – 12/21 9:00 a.m.  An employee at one of the business suites reported that an unknown person gained entry to her office by breaking in through the door.  Three other office doors were also found damaged, although nothing appeared to be stolen from any of the businesses.  The investigation is ongoing.  

100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 12/24 7:00 p.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person broke into her apartment through a locked window and stole a computer game system.  The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

1700 block Franklin St, 12/21 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  A resident reported that a Christmas decoration was stolen from her front yard.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Lafayette Coin Laundry, 2012 Lafayette Blvd, 12/21 – 12/22 8:00 a.m.  The owner reported that an unknown person broke into the game machine and stole a quantity of coins.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

700 block Littlepage St, 12/21 – 12/22 10:00 a.m.  A resident reported that a cast iron set of table and chairs was stolen from the front driveway.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ABC Store, 1416 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 12/22 5:20 p.m.  An employee reported that three teenage females stole bottles of liquor by concealing them in a purse.  The investigation is ongoing.  

1700 block Washington Ave, 12/22 – 12/23 7:55 a.m.  A resident reported that his radio/CD player was stolen from his vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Plank Road Laundromat, 2014 Plank Rd, 12/23 12:50 p.m.  An employee reported that a quantity of cash was stolen from the register.  The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:

900 block Charlotte St, 12/19 – 12/21 9:00 a.m.  A resident reported that a tire on his vehicle was slashed.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

800 block Monument Ave, 12/21 – 12/22 8:00 a.m.  A Spotsylvania resident reported that three of her vehicle tires were punctured and her car was scratched and damaged while it was parked on the street.   No suspects or witnesses at this time.

100 block Lafayette Blvd, 12/22 – 12/23 3:00 p.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person dented her vehicle while it was parked on the street.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Amin Moori, 65, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 3300 block of Fall Hill Avenue.

ARRESTS:

James Esposito, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for two counts of domestic assault and battery.

Vanessa Harrate, 33, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.

James Brown, 61, of no fixed address was arrested for failure to appear in court and possession of alcohol after being interdicted.

Regina Brooks, 55, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.  

Melvin Mosley, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Pisawat Sanginthirath, 39, of Spotsylvania was arrested for violation of a protective order.

Marquise Alston, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Bernhard Randhahn, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested for simple assault.

Donald Brown, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Ulysses Karpedah, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony shoplifting from Walmart and on an outstanding warrant from Prince William County charging him with failure to appear in court.

Printice Meredith, 31, of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.

Bryan Abeyta, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for urinating in public.

Theresa Doyle, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Adam McGhee, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

David Abraham, 26, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Sheldon Franklin, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and felony strangulation.

Christopher Booth, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and public intoxication.

Darren Acors, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for urinating in public.

Roberto Quiles, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Rashem Melendez, 21, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.

Rachelle Baumgardner, 21, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.

Marque Stewart, 28, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication and on a warrant from Stafford County charging him with failure to appear in court.

Melvin Saunders, 24, of King George was arrested on a warrant from King George County charging him with failure to appear in court. 

Kelly Nunnally, 23, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Tilghman Drumheller, 24, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, eluding, providing false identification to avoid arrest, and resisting arrest.  Drumheller was also served with outstanding warrants from Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties charging him with probation violation and failure to appear in court.

Melvin Davis, 67, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Julie Park, 33, of Woodford was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and felony shoplifting from Kohls.

Heidi Lambert, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Angionette Washington, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from 7-Eleven.

Edwin Hernandez, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony possession of a schedule I,II narcotic, public intoxication, and on an outstanding warrant from Prince William County charging him with failure to appear in court.
