Daily Crime Report 10/26/2012

Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:

BURGLARY:

1000 block Littlepage St, 10/25 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.  A resident reported that the television was stolen from his living room.  There was no forced entry to the house.  The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:

Tim’s Mart, 1010 Caroline St, 10/25 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  The owner reported that an unknown person marked the rooftop area of his building with spray paint and left trash on the roof as well.  No suspects or witnesses at this time. 

Boost Mobile, 320 Amaret St, 10/23 – 10/24 9:30 a.m.  The owner reported that an unknown person broke the front window of the business.  No suspects or witnesses at this time. 

Home Team Grill, 1285 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/25 – 10/26 1:30 a.m.  An employee reported that an unknown person broke the driver’s side window on his vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1400 block Princess Anne St, 10/25 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.  A Spotsylvania resident reported that her vehicle was scratched and damaged.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

LARCENY:

1000 block Wicklow Dr, 10/19 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  A resident reported that her bank debit card was stolen from a jacket inside her home.  A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Little Tire Company, 2415 Princess Anne St, 10/25 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  A customer reported that his vehicle was stolen while it was left at the shop for service.  The vehicle is a silver 2005 Jeep Cherokee with Virginia license plates.  The investigation is ongoing.  

600 block Spottswood St, 10/25 5:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  A resident reported that his bicycle was stolen from the front porch.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Zenas Rainey, 44, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 3300 block of Plank Road.

Heather Adams, 33, of Unionville was arrested for hit and run, felony DUI, and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 1300 block of Hanover Street.

ARRESTS:

William Binns, 58, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.

James King, 70, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and violation of a protective order.

Michael Greene, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and indecent exposure.

Raymond Dunning, 48, of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting from the 7-Eleven on Lafayette Boulevard.

Joseph Johnson, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for aggressive solicitation.

Taryn Brown, 21, of Stafford was arrested for obtaining money by false pretenses and possession of stolen property with the intent to sell.
