Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:
Rappahannock Regional Library, 1201 Caroline St, 10/23 2:00 p.m. A 23-year-old Culpeper resident reported that she was studying at a table when a male subject approached her and asked if he could also sit at the table. A few minutes later, the victim looked over at the suspect and saw that he had his genitals exposed. The victim immediately left the table to notify a staff member and the suspect left the building through a door that exits on to Lewis Street. The suspect was described as a black male in his mid to late 40s with short black hair and medium complexion. The suspect was wearing a sleeveless red shirt and carrying a black coat and bag. The investigation is ongoing.
Mary Washington Hospital, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, 9/26 – 10/23 3:30 p.m. A Prince William County resident reported that a female fraudulently used her personal information to obtain medical services. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
400 block Progress St, 10/22 4:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that a bag containing personal documents was stolen from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VRE lot, 399 Prince Edward St, 10/23 12:00 a.m. – 11:20 a.m. A passerby reported that an unknown person broke windows from two vehicles in the lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Joseph Evins, 26, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Lauren Gentry, 23, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Taurean Hansley, 30, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Arnold Bradsher, 69, of Oak Grove was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Danny Lindquist, 47, of Fredericksburg was arrested for multiple counts of violating a protective order and making threats by phone.
