Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:
Homeland Motors, 2504 Princess Anne St, 10/14 10:20 p.m. Police responded for an alarm activation and found a front door that was unsecured and a side window that was broken, the latter apparently by bricks that had been thrown through the glass. Nothing appeared to have been stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
Hilton Garden Inn, 1060 Hospitality Ln, 10/12 – 10/13 5:40 a.m. A guest reported that his vehicle trailer was stolen from the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.
Hampton Inn, 1080 Hospitality Ln, 10/13 3:30 a.m. A guest reported that an unknown person broke into his utility trailer in the parking lot and stole the spare tire. The tire was later located at the scene where a vehicle trailer was reported stolen (above incident). The investigation is ongoing.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 10/13 1:50 p.m. A loss prevention employee reported that a male subject stole three video games by removing them from the packaging and concealing them in his clothing. The subject fled the scene in a green 2-door vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
1100 block Washington Ave, 10/12 – 10/13 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person shattered the rear window of his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Fasmart, 501 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/13 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown person marked the door and walls of the bathroom with graffiti. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Catherin Reaves, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for grand larceny and making a false police report.
Omar Loaiza, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Niko Ellis, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Matthew Mills, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication and defrauding an innkeeper.
Bond Thompson, 53, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication after being interdicted.
Karen Vaughn, 44, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Fairfax County charging her with failure to pay child support.
