Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:
LARCENY:
Two Times New, 2028 Plank Rd, 10/5 – 10/9 5:30 p.m. A consignor reported that a video game system was stolen from his store. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
800 block Sophia St, 10/9 5:30 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that one of the license plates was stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block Wicklow Dr, 9/28 – 10/10 5:45 a.m. A resident reported that the license plates were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
100 Princess Anne St, 10/8 – 10/9 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged her vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100 block Hickock Cir, 10/8 – 10/9 6:00 a.m. A resident reported that the tires on both of his vehicles were punctured. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
John Kaila Law Firm, 1901 Plank Rd, 10/5 – 10/9 4:40 p.m. The business owner reported that an unknown person damaged the frame surrounding the window in the front door. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1600 block Wilcox Ave, 10/9 6:00 p.m. An officer patrolling in the area observed a male and female subject running into the woods near a construction site and found graffiti that had just been spray painted on the buildings and trailers at the scene. The officer searched the vicinity but was unable to locate the two probable suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI ARREST:
Brian Livingston, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1000 block of Princess Anne Street.
