Recent arrests in Fredericksburg:
Aaron Minor, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for harassment by computer.
Luis Hernandez, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and felonious assault.
Johana Silva, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for obstruction of justice, resisting arrest, and assault on a law enforcement officer.
