VANDALISM:
Old Mill Park, 2200 Caroline St, 7/20 – 7/23 7:20 am. An employee reported that a window on the maintenance shed was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Jessal Comford, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Christopher Harmon, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
