Man arrested for indecent exposure at McDonalds
INDECENT EXPOSURE:
McDonalds, 1212 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 7/24 11:20 pm. Three female friends reported that a male subject exposed himself to them while they were eating dinner at the restaurant. The suspect had left the scene prior to police arrival, but a UMW police officer who assisted with the initial investigation located the suspect and detained him approximately one hour later at the nearby 7-11. The suspect was turned over to City police and was positively identified as the offender by the reporting witnesses. Steven Blair, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested for indecent exposure and public intoxication. Blair was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under a $2500 bond.
