Burglary Suspects Arrested

Economy Food Market, 1806 Fall Hill Ave, 1/9 11:45 pm.  Police responded to an alarm activation and found a front window broken and some packs of cigarettes on the ground.  A few minutes later, an officer stopped and checked two male subjects who were walking in the 2200 block of Princess Anne St.  One of the subjects was wearing a backpack on the front of his body and inside the backpack the officer found several packs of cigarettes and pieces of broken glass.  After further investigation Roger Pryor, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, and destruction of property.  James Lynn, 24, of Morristown, Tennessee was also arrested for burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.  Both Pryor and Lynn were incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, each under no bond.  The investigation is ongoing to determine if the suspects are connected to any other recent burglaries, including a burglary at this same business on December 20, 2010.
