I provide a full rundown today on the proposal and the financial deals on the table. You can check that out before taking this poll.
Tonight, you can speak at the City Council’s 7:30 p.m. meeting in Council Chambers, 715 Princess Anne St.
The stadium partners will meet with council in a work session in Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. and then make a presentation at the beginning of the 7:30 p.m. meeting. Public comment is allowed after that and before the council takes action.
Here are documents you may wish to review.
- Aug. 21, 2014 letter from Diamond Nation owner Jack Cust to City Manager Bev Cameron outlining the current offer.
- Economic impact report from George Mason University economist Stephen Fuller, provided at the request of the stadium partners.
