Council to discuss business prospect
The City Council will hold a closed session following its regular meeting Tuesday night to discuss a possible business prospect.
Here’s what the agenda item says:
“Motion to convene in closed session to discuss a prospective outdoor commercial
recreation business, where no previous announcement has been made of the business or
industry’s interest in locating or expanding its facilities in the community, under Virginia
Code §2.2-371l(A)(5).”
