Mayfield park gets upgrades
The new playground structure and swing sets have been completed at W.L. Harris Park in Mayfield.
The parks, recreation and public facilities department received a $9,319.20 grant from Game Time Recreation to aid in replacing the equipment.
The park, which as been there about 30 years, needed an upgrade.
In addition to new playground equipment, a new fence was also installed along Tyler and Glover Streets along the edges of the playground.
