Downtown parking extended for holidays
Beginning Nov.12, the city will allow cars to be parked on the street for four hours at a time, instead of the usual two in certain areas of downtown. This weekend is also the city’s holiday open house.
The four hour restriction will be from Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Any other time, on-street parking isn’t restricted.) On January 1, 2013, things go back to normal.
In the image below, the red box is where the four hour parking is.
