Council to prioritize goals and initiatives at retreat
Friday and Saturday will be an important time for the City Council: it’s when it will hold its planning retreat, which will be at the police station.
The retreat will begin each day at 8:30 a.m.
The topics for the retreat include:
- Progress on current initiatives
- Review, discuss and modify council’s goals
- Review alignment matrix
- Evaluate and prioritize list of initiatives for council biennium
- Fine-tune the prioritized initiatives
- Parking lot issues
