City School Board elects new leadership
Miller-Richards
On Monday night, new leadership was elected on the Fredericksburg School Board.
Barbara Miller-Richards is the new chair of the school board for the 2012-2013 school year. She represents Ward 2. For the past year, she has served as the board’s vice-chair.
The new vice chair will be Malvina Kay. She represents Ward 4.
Deborah Wright was reappointed as clerk of the board.
