Howe gets endorsements from city officials
Mayoral candidate and City Councilman Fred Howe III received endorsements from four city officials, according to a press release from his campaign.
He received endorsements from City Treasurer Jim Haney; Dana Herlong, a member of the Economic Development Authority; Shawn Lawrence, a member of the Planning Commission and Brad Ellis, a member of the City Council.
Howe is running against Vice Mayor Mary Katherine Greenlaw and Matt Paxson.
The election will be May 1.
