Fire at PetSmart in Central Park, all pets OK
The Fredericksburg Fire Department responded to PetSmart in Central Park this afternoon for a HVAC fire on the roof of the store.
After the unit caught on fire, the building filled with smoke and a store employee called the fire department.
All pets and people were safely evacuated and nobody was injured, said Fredericksburg Police Spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe.
