Real estate and personal property taxes deadline extended
According to Fredericksburg’s website, you’ll have a little bit more time to pay your real estate and personal property bills.
The due date is now at the close of business Mon., Nov. 21.
Payments received or postmarked after this date will incur a penalty of 10% of the amount of the bill.
Interest on unpaid amounts will be charged beginning December 1.
The treasurer’s office will remain open until 6:00 p.m. on November 15 and 21.
