Yep, that was an aftershock

The USGS reported a quake centered about 32 miles southwest of Fredericksburg at 1:07 a.m. Thursday. It was a magnitude 4.5.

The epicenter was 5 miles (7km) south of Mineral, Va, according to the USGS.
