Building Code Appeals Board to discuss 1407 Caroline St. demo
The local Board of Building Code Appeals will meet tonight to discuss an appeal on the demolition of the house at 1407 Caroline St.
The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. tonight in the large meeting room on the second floor of City Hall. (715 Princess Anne St.)
The Historic Fredericksburg Foundation filed an appeal on May 26 about the demolition of the house. Even though the house has already been razed, the board will still hear the appeal.
The members of the board that will be present tonight are: Steve Cahill, Carolyn Van Der Jagt, Joseph O’Malley, Frank Robinson and Raymond Herlong.
