North Carolina man charged with DUI
If you saw Route 3 blocked off last night, it was because an SUV struck a telephone poleand ended up on its side. Here is the story about the crash.
Today we learned that the man driving, Leon McDaniel, 55, of Leland, North Carolina, was arrested for a DUI, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department.
At the time of the accident, he was transferred to Mary Washington Hospital. His injuries are not severe.
