City schools cancel afternoon activities
Fredericksburg City Public Schools have called off all after-school events and activities district-wide, ahead of anticipated winter weather this afternoon. Boys & Girls Club activities have also been canceled this afternoon.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Fredericksburg. Snow is expected to start after 3 p.m. and up to 3 inches could accumulate overnight. Yuck.
