Lawyers talk about prayer case
Law.com has posted a Q&A with the attorneys who represented Fredericksburg pro-bono in the Hashmel Turner prayer case. The Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled last week in the city’s favor in this case, saying Fredericksburg was right in requiring that its pre-meeting prayers be nonsectarian. Turner’s lawyers have said they’re going to the Supreme Court.
