City bells to toll in Todd Bahr’s honor

Fredericksburg Police Officer Todd Bahr’s funeral will take place at Spotswood Baptist Church at 11 a.m. tomorrow. The Fredericksburg Police Department has posted memorial information on Bahr here.

City PIO Beth Brown sent the following out today:

On Thursday, June 12, at 11:00 a.m., the City Clock and bells at community churches and the University of Mary Washington will ring in honor of Officer Todd Allen Bahr.After the City Clock chimes the 11 tones to mark the 11 o’clock hour, all participating bells will ring Officer Bahr’s badge number: 3-3-7.
