Property values back online

Now that you’ve gotten over the shock of your own assessment, you can check out your neighbor’s. Fredericksburg property records are back up on the Virginia Mass Appraisal Network’s Web site, and you can find the city search page by clicking here. These records were taken down a year or so ago because the fee that commissioners of the revenue must pay to be listed on this system was taken out of the budget. But it’s back in this year, so search away.
