Free sports physicals

Need a sports physical for this fall? You can get one for free on Thursday (6.28), 5-8 p.m. at James Monroe High School. An appointment is required; call HealthLink at 540/741-1404 or 800/722-2788 to schedule one.

Students must bring a VHSL physical form with Part I and II  completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
