Stafford School Board approves administrative hires

The Stafford County School Board yesterday approved the hiring of several administrators.

They include:

  • Yolanda Conaway-Wood is the division’s new supervisor of special education. Conaway-Wood was an elementary school assistant principal at Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools.
  • Kimberly Carter has been named an assistant principal at Dixon-Smith  Middle School. Carter was most recently a principal intern at Rocky Run Elementary School.
  • Deborah Neuhard is now a principal intern at North Stafford High School. Neuhard, who chaired the school’s English department, will continue to teach English on a part-time basis.

Superintendent Randy Bridges also announced a new principal at Colonial Forge. You can read about that appointment here.
