Caroline High School will host a meeting for parents and community members on Monday, March 26 at 6 p.m. to discuss the Cavaliers’ next football coach. The school wants input from the community before it makes its next hire, interim principal Richard Griffin said.
Gene Boley resigned as head coach under pressure from parents in December after two seasons. Boley was hired in 2010 as the replacement for Ben Boyd, who resigned after one tumultous year. Griffin said school administrators also met with 87 potential players on Monday to discuss what they’re looking for in their next coach.
