Free foreclosure prevention workshop

From the Ladysmith Village newsletter:

Free Homeowner Foreclosure Prevention Workshop

Do you know someone that may have concerns about the health of their mortgage, may be at risk of defaulting on their mortgage, already defaulted or close to being evicted from their home by foreclosure?

If you answered “yes” to one of those questions, you’re not alone.

All across the Caroline, people are looking for ways to keep their homes.

Newland Communities is partnering with Quin Rivers, Inc and the Virginia Housing Development Authority to offer a Homeowner Foreclosure Prevention Workshop on February 25th from 10:00am to noon at the Ladysmith Resident’s Clubhouse.

This workshop will offer homeowners an opportunity to meet with professionals to:

  • learn about how to successfully communicate with your Lender
  • give you advice on loan workout options
  • find information about programs available to homeowners to avoid foreclosure
  • communicate the benefits of meeting with a housing counselor.

Join us for the workshop, food and refreshments:
