I-95 North partially blocked in Caroline

UPDATE: 1:47 P.M. Two lanes of Interstate 95 north are now open in Caroline County at mile marker 101.7, the scene of an overturned tractor-trailer. The right lane and shoulder remain closed.
I-95 NORTH REMAINS PARTIALLY BLOCKED IN CAROLINE
Debris is being cleared from scene of overturned tractor-trailer crash at mile marker 101.7
FREDERICKSBURG – Two lanes of I-95 north remain closed at mile marker 101.7 in Caroline County for an overturned tractor-trailer, just south of Exit 104 at Carmel Church.
One northbound travel lane, the left lane, has re-opened.
At approximately 12:34 p.m, a tractor-trailer spilled its contents across all northbound travel lanes of I-95 and one northbound shoulder.
Congestion begins 4 miles prior to the incident scene. Motorists should expect delays while the debris is removed, and should use alternate routes if possible, including Route 1 north.
