Two charged in B.G. armed robbery
Two men have been charged and arrested in connection to an armed robbery in Bowling Green earlier this month. Police are still looking for other suspects who may have been involved.
Around 9:17 p.m. on Sept. 12, the owner and an employee of the Gulf gas station at 16392 Richmond Turnpike, just south of Bowling Green, were robbed at gunpoint, said Caroline Sheriff Tony Lippa. One victim was injured.
The two men, whose identities have not yet been released, are charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, wearing a mask in public, malicious wounding, abduction, and two conspiracy charges. More charges are expected, Lippa said.
