Many roads in Caroline county were either closed due to high water or washed away on Friday, September 9, 201, following rains from the previous days' storms. 13. Frog Level Rd between Lorne and Lewis Moore per VDOT, detour in place (Lorne to Sunshine to Shumans to Lewis Moore)
14. Lake Caroline Dr at the spillway closed, level 1
