Police searching for man after drug raid in Dawn
Caroline County authorities are looking for a man who they said was distributing cocaine and marijuana.
Burton Donta Morris, 33, is wanted on the charges of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute and possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute.
According to Sheriff Tony Lippa, a drug raid was conducted early Thursday morning at a home in the Dawn area of Caroline.
The raid was a result of a search warrant that was obtained from an undercover drug investigation conducted by Caroline narcotics investigators, Lippa said.
Investigators reported seizing cocaine, marijuana and a Ford Crown Victoria as a part of the investigation, Lippa said.
Morris is described as a black male with shoulder length braided hair, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 280 pounds.
