Dawn resident, 102, passes

Isabelle Mines, 102, one of the oldest women in the Dawn community passed away yesterday.

Those that knew her described her as “the matriarch of our community” and said that she got a lot fo things done in Dawn.

Rest in Peace Isabelle!
