Undercover Investigations Lead to Second Major Drug Arrest in a Week

On April 14, 2011, Members of the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, Patrol Units and
the Special Emergency Response Team executed a drug related search warrant in the Woodford
area of Caroline County.
Investigators had reported purchasing marijuana from the residence located on Long Branch Road during an undercover investigation.
As a result of the search warrant, 50 year old Pamela L. Arthur of Woodford was arrested and transported to Pamunkey Regional Jail where she was charged with three counts of distributing felony
amounts of marijuana.
During the execution of the warrant, Investigators seized nearly $13,000.00 in cash, marijuana, weight scales, plastic baggies and other drug distribution related items. Two vehicles were also seized
during the operation.
