Health Department Offering H1N1 Shots December 3
H1N1 Shots December 3
The Regional Health Department has informed Caroline County Government officials that H1N1 shots will be given on Thursday, December 3 in the Caroline Health Department at the Community Services Center.
A Health Department spokesman said the shots will be administered between 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The vaccinations are for ages 6-24, or adults over age 24 with chronic conditions as defined by the Health Department.
Advance appointments are preferred by calling (804) 633-5465. People without appointments may still be seen at the defined times but may experience waiting.
Other clinics are also planned on December 10 and December 17, but further details will be forthcoming which may involve all ages being eligible to receive the vaccination if enough doses are received by the Health Department.
