this 10 day FAIR should be considered a very serious launching pad for Caroline County as it introduces itself to the REGION, the Commonwealth of Virginia and any other State that borders the Commonwealth.

Those who border Caroline Co. will necessarily need to contribute to this effort, even if its intentions are to line their own pockets and increase their levels of “market share.”

You should at all times have your cell phone, with picture making specifications, or a photographer with instructions to photo anything that moves, or remains standing for want of some real recognition.

Since THEY can’t be in two places at any one time, maybe YOU can make the difference in knowing and not knowing.

Think of it as your plate being filled up, waiting for you to go for second helpings because your appetite just can’t be satified after downing only the first course of the meal. There is a desert in all this and it will be served up once you have finished up with the main course.
