Brendan Conley caught by police tonight!
After a brief pursuit tonight, Caroline County deputies arrested Brendan Lucas Conley. The 19-year-old was wanted on several charges related to break-ins. He was spotted around 8:15 p.m. during a traffic stop in the Chilesburg area of the county, said Sheriff Tony Lippa. Conley attempted to run from police on foot, but was captured shortly after, Lippa said. A woman with Conley was charged with obstruction of justice. –Portsia Smith
