Dear Sheriff Lippa,

Could Gov. kaine be courting lippa who is an independent?What will lippa do on this board?What are his qualifications to sit on a FORENSIC SCIENCE BOARD.Maybe the Commonwealth needs to do a rethink on the composition of this board?The Sheriff is NOT a scientist.But, he is a politician.So, why is a Sheriff from a rural county getting this appointment?In the words of Portia Smith “things that make you go hmm”.Remember, kids this is the same Sheriff that lead the department who charged someone with murder recently and he was found not guilty.The defense attorney said the investigation was poor.So why the appointment to a forensic science board Governor Kaine??rofl.
