Hot yoga studio and spa opening in Gateway Village

A new hot yoga studio and spa is opening in Fredericksburg’s Gateway Village.

Hot Yoga Spa Nutrition & Wellness Center is expected to begin accepting clients in September at 2324 Plank Rd., a 2,300-square-foot space that was recently home to a dance studio.

Eva Morgan, a former James Monroe High School student, is the director of Hot Yoga Spa Nutrition & Wellness Center.

Morgan is a certified laser aesthetician and Thai yoga massage practitioner. She started practicing hot yoga in 2010, became a Yoga Alliance certified hot yoga teacher in 2013, and “dreamt of creating a space infused with the Hawaiian spirit of Aloha, where you could practice various styles of hot yoga, fitness, receive spa treatments, nutrition and wellness services,” said a release about the Fredericksburg location.

Another location, in Woodbridge, will also open this fall.

Yoga is a hot industry these days. The latest “Yoga in America” study, just released by “Yoga Journal” shows that 20.4 million Americans practice yoga, up from 15.8 million in 2008.

Hot Yoga Spa Nutrition & Wellness Center is offering a pre-grand opening special for new clients. Morgan is offering the center’s services at $30 for 30 days. The special is available for purchase until Sept. 1.

Take advantage of the special or find out more here or call 571-989-1668.
