Women start new venture in Fredericksburg

Two women have teamed up on a new business venture in downtown Fredericksburg that focuses on therapy of both the mind and body.

Alison Sullivan and Janet Bradshaw opened the venture Dec. 1 at Lafayette Station at 307 Lafayette Blvd. An open house is planned next month.

Sullivan is a licensed clinical social worker who treats mental health and well-being issues, and she is also a certified hypnotist. She was previously at 1011 Princess Anne St.

Bradshaw is a certified massage therapist whose new business is called In Good Hands Massage Therapy. She was previously with Massage Envy.

“We feel this in-house combination offers our clients a unique opportunity to heal and enhance overall well-being,” Sullivan said.
