Recent area leases
The following new leases were signed in the Fredericksburg area of late, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which worked on the deals.
- KS Group leased 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 1017 Tyler St. in Fredericksburg. (Click here for an article we did on this.)
- Flowers Baking Company of Lynchburg, LLC leased 7,000 square feet of industrial space in the Longwood Business Center at 230 Industrial Drive in Spotsylvania County.
- Spencer, Mayoras, Koch & Cornick, PLC leased 3,469 square feet of office space in Centre Court at 1671 Jefferson Davis Highway in Fredericksburg.
- John Jewell Architectural Metals & Welding leased 2,200 square feet of industrial space in the Fredericksburg Center at 11812 Main Street in Spotsylvania.
- Dr. Ali Altahir leased 957 square feet of office space at 231 Garrisonville Road in Stafford County.
