Jake & Mike’s restaurant sold
The Jake & Mike’s restaurant in Fredericksburg was sold late last week.
Keith and Desiree Jones purchased the restaurant at 806 William St. from Erica Baardsen, said Mike Adams, who bought the building where the restaurant is located late last year.
Adams said the new owners have signed a five-year lease to keep Jake & Mike’s at the same location.
The restaurant is closed for renovations this week and is scheduled to reopen Friday.
Mike Wood of Johnson & Glazebrook Inc. helped broker the sale of the restaurant.
