Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports brokering the following area leases of late.

• Family Counseling Center for Recovery leased 3,850 square feet of office space at 11720 Main St. in Spotsylvania County.
• Obsidian Solutions Group LLC leased 1,579 square feet of office space in Mill Race Commons at 701 Kenmore Ave. in Fredericksburg.
• Floyd Gladden of Net Digital Solutions leased 1,300 square feet of office space in the William Street Executive Building I at 607 William St. in Fredericksburg.
• Caldwell Thompson Companies Inc. leased 1,171 square feet of office space in the Central Park Corporate Center at 1320 Central Park Blvd. in Fredericksburg.
