Bella Hair Salon named best window display
Bella Hair Salon won a contest involving holiday window displays in a Christmas-time promotion aimed at getting people to downtown Fredericksburg last month.
Whittingham’s famous holiday window was once again the top vote-getter in the city’s Window Wonderland promotion, but because it won last year it was ineligible to receive a cash prize.
A Place in Time, The Cats Closet and The Toy Store received the next-most votes for their window displays, in that order. All of the businesses are on Caroline Street.
