Former StellarOne branch in Spotsy to become dental office
A building off State Route 3 in Spotsylvania County that formerly housed a StellarOne Bank branch will become a dental practice.
A newly formed dental practice has leased the 2,800-square-foot building at 5996 Plank Road, said Michael Colangelo of Johnson Realty Advisors, who brokered the deal.
W&G Construction Co. has started preliminary work converting the branch into a dental practice that is expected to open in the next several months.
StellarOne closed the branch in 2011 and directed customers to its other locations on Route 3 in Orange and Spotsylvania counties.
