Recent area leases

Johnson Realty Advisors helped broker the following leases of late in the Fredericksburg area:

• 1,000 square feet of flex warehouse space at 1005 Tyler St. in Fredericksburg to Jacob Walters Millworks.
• 1,200 square feet of office space at 12000 Kennedy Lane in Spotsylvania County to AVSX Technologies.
• 1,000 square feet of office space to Building Healthy Connections at 10826 Courthouse Road in Spotsylvania.
• 1,100 square feet of office space to the Rawls, McNelis and Mitchell law firm at 317 William St. in Fredericksburg. The firm moved from a Charles Street office.
• 1,000 square feet of office space to the Utility Professionals at 406 Chatham Square Office Park in Stafford County.
• 6,000 square feet of warehouse and showroom space to Sherwin-Williams at 51 Baron Park Road in Stafford.
