Richmond developer buys parcel in Stafford
A Richmond-based real estate developer last month purchased 4.3 acres in south Stafford County where a Walgreens store is planned.
Area Development Group Inc. bought the land at the southeast corner of Cool Springs and White Oak roads for $2.2 million, according to Stafford property records. Local developer Malone Schooler sold the land.
Stafford officials are reviewing the site plan for the 14,550-square-foot building for Walgreens. No building permit application has been submitted yet.
