Recent area leases
The following businesses recently signed leases for new or expanded space in the Fredericksburg area, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which helped broker the leases:
- Jaime Zamora has leased a 12,000-square-foot storage lot in Falmouth Industrial Park at 96 Truslow Road in Falmouth.
- The Gemini 3 Group Inc. has expanded in its current location for a total of 3,500 square feet of office space now leased in Brafferton Square Office Park at 292 Garrisonville Road in Stafford County.
- Mills Dayton & Company PC leased 2,200 square feet of office space in Townsend Office Park at 1955 Jefferson Davis Highway in Fredericksburg.
- Do Right Homes, LLC has leased 1,750 square feet of office space in Thompson Office Park at 4820 Southpoint Drive in Spotsylvania.
- GNC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Town & Country Marketplace at 39 Town & Country Drive in Stafford.
